I will never go to another pharmacy again. The service you receive at this pharmacy is A+ plus plus. The people and the pharmacist are so kind. If you need an explanation about your medicine, they are ready willing and able to do it. I am so glad that I found them!

I don’t like the reasons I have for needing to cultivate a good relationship with my pharmacy, but if life is going to throw me curve balls, at least it is also willing to let me have folks on my team like Barry, Laura, and all the awesome folks here. They have consistently been there for us for over a year now, but it has been the same thoughtful compassionate service since day 1. I really appreciate that they always want to educate their clients, and help them figure out the best path forward when things like insurance denials become their unpleasant surprise to announce. They have handled me, and every other party I have seen them help, with kindness and respect without fail.

I usually use the Medicine Shoppe on Union but when they refused to be helpful, I called this one instead. The pharmacist at this location was very kind and went out of his way to help. I can't speak to the general customer service at this location due to my limited interaction with them, but I'm impressed by the interaction I did have. Finally! An old hometown pharmacy where an actual person answers the phone!! The get to know their customers & treat us like human beings who deserve care & respect. Love you guys!! I don’t have to scream REPRESENTATIVE at a phone bot, hoping for the best!

I can’t say enough great things about the medicine Shoppe..Barry has gone beyond helping me with my medication.I actually feel bad for all he’s done for me. He’s a true hero in my eyes and ALWAYS takes his time explaining things to you.. All the staff is amazing, so kind and also so helpful..A huge shout out to all of you. Thank You for being my pharmacy 😊

Such a cool pharmacy it reminds me of an old school one but they do amazing work and have newer bioidentical which is way better than synthetic

Absolutely love this Medicine Shoppe. They are so friendly, quick, and no waiting forever on the phone for someone to answer like other pharmacies! Scott is amazing and always calls to update me about when my medications are ready and to go over prices before they are made. I have an 11-year-old dog who is on multiple compounded medications and they always impress me with their turnover time and professionalism. Roni at the register is sweet as can be and always so kind/smiling. My doggy and me are so grateful for this team ❤️

I cannot say enough positive about this pharmacy! The prescriptions are always filled on time, sometimes I forget and I'll call the day of and they'll have it ready same day! The staff are some of the kindest caring people you'll ever meet! They always take their time in are so informative whenever I walk through the door we're on our first name basis truly a gem love this pharmacy!
